About Me

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My experience spans both private practice and community work, including supporting teenagers in crisis through volunteer initiatives. My approach is informed not only by professional training, but also by my own lived experience as a neurodivergent individual and over seven years in the fitness industry.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or feeling disconnected from themselves, wondering if life can feel a little more manageable. I support teens (15+) and adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationship stress, and life transitions that feel emotionally overwhelming. I’m especially passionate about helping young adults and students who are trying to find clarity, direction, and a sense of ease during difficult transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical experience in crisis support, family work, and extensive specialized training. I work under the direct clinical supervision of experienced therapist Diana Da Conceicao, RP to ensure that you receive the highest standard of care, collaborative oversight, and the benefit of multiple clinical perspectives.

I’m licensed to support clients across Ontario and 8 other provinces and territories (BC, AB, SK, MB, NL, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut)

I take a warm, structured and collaborative approach, blending practical strategies with deeper exploration when you’re ready. I draw from DBT, CBT and ERP for anxiety, mindfulness-based tools, Internal Family Systems, ADHD-informed support, Gottman Method training for couples, and trauma-informed approaches to emotional and disordered eating.

My goal is to provide a space that is non-judgmental and collaborative, where you can feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing both on immediate relief and on building long-term skills and tools for growth, balance, and resilience.

Everyone’s journey is different, and I’m here to support yours with care. If you’d like to meet and discuss what you’re looking for, you’re welcome to reach out for a free consultation anytime.
