About Me

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My experience includes working in both community mental health and private practice, where I’ve supported adults navigating personal challenges, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose. I bring a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental presence to my work, grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story and inner world.

I work with adults who often appear capable and successful on the outside, yet feel stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected from their deeper sense of direction. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and hold themselves to high standards. They may identify as neurodivergent, highly successful, driven, or deeply sensitive individuals who want more clarity, meaning, and alignment in their lives.

Together, we create space for self-discovery and honest reflection. I support clients in exploring life transitions, reconnecting with their authentic selves, and understanding patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck. Our work may include processing trauma, navigating relational challenges, strengthening emotional regulation, and clarifying life direction. I am especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strengths, soften self-criticism, and move toward a life that feels more intentional, fulfilling, and true to who they are.

I offer therapy that is relational, and tailored to your unique inner world. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on understanding how past experiences and relational patterns continue to influence your present emotional life. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with different parts of yourself in a more compassionate way, especially those connected to anxiety, grief, self-criticism, or disordered eating. In addition, I integrate DBT, neurodivergent-friendly CBT, and stress management tools to help you regulate emotions more effectively and feel more steady in your day-to-day life. For those who need more structure or concrete guidance to reach their goals, I also incorporate executive functioning strategies and skill-coaching techniques to support more immediate change.

I see therapy as a space to slow down and listen more closely to yourself. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and care, making room for insight, emotional processing, and meaningful change. My intention is to create an environment where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you deepen your self-awareness, work through challenges, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and insight-oriented. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.
