Our offices are located at 556 Palmerston Avenue.

Please use the door on the right (the one opening directly onto our small waiting room, not the door opening onto a stairway). Should the door be locked, please use the doorbell labelled with your clinician's name.

We are located near the Bathurst subway station. There is a Green P parking lot across the street and street parking on Palmerston.

Our Space

Accessibility Notice: Please note that our office may not be accessible to clients with limited mobility. There are 8 steps to get to the front entrance. The washroom is located in the basement. We do our best to accommodate for sensory needs by keeping a low-scent environment and using multiple sources of diffuse light in our space.
