Assessment-Focused Psychologist or Psych. Associate
We are currently looking for a psychologist, psychological associate, or supervised-practice clinical psychology clinician to join our assessment team! At Accord Psychology, we aim to offer a unique and personalized assessment experience to our clients. Our approach to assessment is comprehensive, in-depth, flexible, and interviewing-based. Client who seek us out value working with an assessor who is non-pathologizing in their approach to neurodivergence, who can connect to the experience of late-diagnosis, and who will take the time to unpack and understand their subjective experience of the world.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in adult neurodiversity and is passionate about inclusivity. They are committed to upholding neuro-affirming values in their work.
Prior experience with neuro-affirming assessments for ADHD and autism is not required. Mentorship, consultation and/or supervision are available to help you develop your own neuro-affirming approach to assessment.
Virtual or hybrid. Full-time, part-time or casual Independent Contractor position. Fee split proportionate to experience and level of independence.

Practicum and Internship Placements
At Accord Psychology, we able to offer neurodiversity-focused placements to a small number of graduate-level trainees in clinical psychology under the supervision of Dr. Mélodie Lemay-Gaulin, C.Psych. Our placement offering is meant to be personalized and supportive, with opportunities to focus on assessment, individual therapy and/or couple therapy with adult populations. We welcome applications from caring, motivated students with a strong interest in neuro-affirming care, intersectionality, and integrative-humanistic approaches.
Trainees will get to familiarize themselves with affirming, intersectional and strengths-based approaches to psychology. They will gain exposure to working with gifted, autistic, and ADHD clients, as well as with co-occurring conditions including anxiety, burnout, depression, OCD and trauma.
We are currently accepting applications for year-long placements for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 cycles.
