About Me
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I have experience in both community mental health and private practice, and I bring a deep respect for individual experience and neurodiversity to my work. My approach is shaped by both professional training and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent person.
I work with adults who are deep thinkers and feelers—those who want to explore their inner world and make sense of their experiences in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or perfectionistic. Some are navigating anxiety, burnout, or trauma; others are simply seeking a space to understand themselves more fully. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are re-evaluating their identity, softening self-criticism, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of self-worth. For those who are newly diagnosed or just beginning to explore their neurodivergence, I offer a compassionate space to make sense of how your brain works, embrace your authentic self and find ways to accommodate for your needs.
My therapeutic style is warm, gentle, and insight-oriented. I take an individualized approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centred therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic frameworks. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and accepted, while also feeling supported in your growth.
Our work together won’t be about quick fixes. Instead, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and care, creating space for all parts of you to be heard. I see therapy as a collaborative and meaningful process of self-discovery—and I’ll meet you with compassion, respect, and a pace that honors where you are.
