Our Mission

A safe space where you can put down the mask without being pathologized, rushed, or asked to become someone you’re not.

We provide thoughtful, personalized support for individuals and couples, grounded in neuro-affirming care. Our approach is adapted to honour different nervous systems, identities, and ways of being.

We welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with us — just a desire for therapy that meets you where you are. We most often work with neurodivergent and marginalized folks, including those who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, intellectually gifted or complex trauma survivors.

We specialize in relationship-focused and depth-oriented approaches to therapy, focusing on meaning-making, insight and emotional patterns.

We are committed to offering care that is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ and ENM-affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, sex-positive, and kink-positive.

Meet the Team

We are a small team of caring and passionate mental health professionals with diverse training backgrounds. While we share a common commitment to affirming, ethical care, each clinician brings their own style and perspective.

What we do
