About Me
I am a Master of Psychology student in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, with an undergraduate background in Social Psychology from McMaster University. I have experience supporting individuals navigating a range of mental health and addiction concerns through client intake and administrative roles in mental health settings. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for compassionate, person-centred care and the importance of creating spaces where individuals feel safe, respected, and understood.
At Accord Psychology, I provide assessment and therapy services under the supervision of Dr. Mélodie Lemay-Gaulin. I value the opportunity to learn from each person's unique experiences and to better understand the cognitive, emotional, and psychological factors that shape how individuals experience and navigate their everyday lives.
My Areas of Training
Self-awareness and personal insight
Understanding the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
Emphasizing your personal strengths and resilience
Exploring your identity, your patterns, and your sense of self
Navigating change and personal challenges
Gaining clarity about yourself through psychological assessment
Working toward your personal goals and creating meaningful change
Developing practical coping strategies for anxiety, stress, and emotional dysregulation
Addressing mental health concerns and psychological well-being
Addiction and substance use

My Approach
I approach assessment and therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect. I believe that making sense of what you are experiencing involves looking beyond the immediate challenges to consider your strengths, circumstances, and the experiences that have shaped your perspective. I take the time to listen closely to your experiences and understand what you hope to gain, while creating a calm and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
My approach is client-centred and integrative, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, needs, and goals to therapy and assessment. Whether you are seeking assessment to better understand yourself or therapy to work through something that has been feeling difficult, I aim to meet you where you are and work collaboratively toward what feels meaningful to you. My hope is that you leave with greater clarity, self-understanding, and practical insights that can support you in your everyday life.
